Personal training gives you 100% of your coach's attention for the entire session. Programming is built entirely around your goals, schedule, and ability — whereas group classes follow a shared workout of the day. Both are coached by certified professionals.
Most clients see excellent results with 2–3 sessions per week. Your coach will recommend a frequency based on your goals, recovery capacity, and whether you're also attending group classes. We build the plan around your life, not the other way around.
