Olympic Lifting

Dedicated sessions to develop your snatch, clean & jerk technique. Small class sizes for personalized coaching.

Endurance

Build your aerobic engine through running, rowing, biking, and swimming workouts designed to increase stamina.

Foundations

New to CrossFit? Start here. A 4-week course teaching all fundamental movements so you can join classes with confidence.

Open Gym

Work on your own programming, practice skills, or make up a missed WOD. Available to all unlimited members.

CrossFit Kids

Fun, age-appropriate fitness for kids ages 5–12. Build coordination, confidence, and a love for movement.
